Now that the dust has settled, I wanted to make sure to thank the two of you for your extraordinary support during the implementation of the voice/data for the NY Showbiz Store for Media Services. Dear KC and Buddy:
I want to express my appreciation to both of you, and the rest of the team over at Accurate Telecom!
It is always with much concern when a company changes from one phone system to a new one. I don't have to tell you about the challenges we faced when we started this project. However, and just as I expected, the cut to the new Phone Switch was smooth, and completed without a single issue. Fotokem has been a client of Accurate Telecom for over 10 years, and that is the reason why.
Also, I would like to express my thanks to Enrique. He handled the entire project with knowledge and professionalism. Enrique was able to overcome every challenge that was presented to him, and met all of Fotokem's demanding cut requirements. FotoKem could not afford any 'down time' and Enrique was able to accommodate that.
Once again, that is why to this day, Fotokem is a very happy client of Accurate Telecom!
I'd also like to thank Jessica, Kelly, Michelle, Assunta and my friend at the front desk, Carol.
All of you made the new phone switch cut-over very easy and painless!

Our office is very impressed with the service provided by your TEAM at Accurate Telecom. I have to say that from the time I pick up the phone to call in a problem, Michelle Mowder always brightens up my day with a smile as I'm advising her of my technical problem. She tells me not to worry that she will get on it right away. To the customer, that is a great feeling as they feel their being put first in line. Please tell Michelle to keep up the good work.
As for the rest: John, Joe, and Rafael, these guys always do a great job! Even after their job completion they still inquire if we are satisfied. I have to tell you Carol that you have yourself an A-Team within your company.
