Accurate Telecom, Inc is one of Southern California’s leading business communications companies established in 1989 and located in the San Fernando Valley. We provide innovative business telecommunications products from manufacturers such as Mitel, Toshiba, Active Voice, and others. We are currently seeking an outstanding sales professional to team-up with a growing dynamic organization to sell to and manage our existing customer base.

POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will target business decision-makers such as IT Mgrs., CIO’s, CFO’s and Company owners. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

·        Receives and processes information to generate Quotations to customers.

·        Proposes new and renewal of maintenance agreements to existing and new customers

·        Prospect the installed base for upgrades and additions to existing telecommunications systems

·        Coordinate upgrade promotions from manufacturers

·        Follow up on outstanding quotes, maintenance renewals and new maintenance accounts

·        Preparation of monthly forecasts

·        Participate in sales and product training and be knowledgeable about all company products and services

·        Comply with all company sales documentation procedures

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITIONS ARE:

• 2+ years experience in selling business-to-business telecom systems, preferably Mitel and/or Toshiba products, and fixed service contracts (support and maintenance agreements).  Experience selling bundled carrier services desirable.
• Multi-tasking, ability to prioritize workload and problem solve
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills
• Excellent customer relationship building and follow up skills
• Must be a team player
• Detail oriented and computer literate. Microsoft Excel & Word a must
• Ability to interface with all levels of management, co-workers & vendors
• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Diligence in telephone and email prospecting
• Some college, AA or higher degree preferred

 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

·        Base salary plus commissions

·        Medical insurance after 90 days (Employer contribution for employee only)
