We provide innovative business telecommunications products & services from manufacturers such as Mitel, Toshiba, Active Voice, AT&T and others. We are currently seeking outstanding sales professionals to team-up with a growing dynamic organization to expand our presence in Southern California.
POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will target business decision-makers such as IT Mgrs., CIO’s, CFO’s and Company owners. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Prospecting for and surveying business communication needs. Proposal preparation, negotiation and closure of sale
Preparation of monthly forecasts
Participate in product training & acquire working knowledge on products
Comply with all company sales documentation procedures
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION
2+ years demonstrated success & experience in selling business to business. Preferably telephone systems & voicemail or other big-ticket enterprise hardware/software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and to build relationships
Demonstrated ability to prospect to area businesses
Detail oriented and computer literate, Excel & Word
Ability to learn new technologies & learn to speak I.T. Managers language
Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
Excellent customer relationship building skills
Some college, AA or higher degree preferred
Must be a team player & adept at multi-tasking
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Base salary plus commissions ($85K to $134K+ based on quota package)
Performance bonus (for exceeding quota)
